Delivery and Returns

UK delivery is available via tracked courier.

Local collection can be arranged from our shop - Modir / Leanda Jaine Illustrations at 29 Bull Street, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6HP

Packaging
Each lampshade is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

We use sustainable and recyclable materials wherever possible.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, materials may already have been prepared and work begun, so cancellation may not be possible.

Colour & Fabric Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or texture may occur. These are not considered faults but part of the beauty of handcrafted design. We do aim for continuity in both colour and pattern match where possible.

Returns and Refunds
For both online and in-store purchases, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or a credit voucher. We are unable to issue a refund, except for faulty items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been reviewed.

Delivery costs and bespoke orders are non-refundable (i.e pompoms added, custom colours or re-upholstering service).
